Mortgage Finance Associate — Banking & Finance

Join a US banking and finance team as a mid-level to senior associate advising on structured finance transactions. The role focuses on securitization, warehouse financing and related mortgage- and asset-backed financings across a national platform.

Candidates will work on transaction drafting, deal execution and lender-side representation for financings involving residential mortgage loans and other consumer assets. The team places lawyers across multiple US offices, with hybrid and cross-office collaboration expected.

• Juris Doctor and active bar registration in good standing (U.S.)
• Minimum 3 years' PQE in securitization, warehouse financing or structured finance transactions
• Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer asset-backed financings strongly preferred
• Strong transactional drafting, deal management and client-facing skills; ability to work across multiple US offices
