Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its US Banking and Finance practice, focusing on mortgage finance and structured finance transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with substantial experience in securitization and warehouse financing to work on sophisticated, national deals.

The successful candidate will have:

At least 3 years of experience in securitization, warehouse financing, and other structured finance transactions.
Strong preference for experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets.
Excellent academic credentials and sophisticated transactional experience from a top law firm.

This role is open to placement in multiple major US markets, including Chicago, Charlotte, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC. Associates are expected to be admitted to the bar (or eligible for admission) in their home office location.

3+ years of experience in securitization, warehouse financing, and related structured finance matters (mortgage finance experience strongly preferred).
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is a plus.
Admission to the bar (or eligibility to obtain admission) in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction is required.
Strong law school academic credentials and experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
