Senior corporate partner opportunity in Birmingham with a well-established UK firm. The role focuses on leading and growing a transactional M&A practice, advising corporate clients on strategic disposals, acquisitions and corporate reorganisations.

The post offers responsibility for originating and executing deals, developing client relationships across the region, and building or managing a small corporate team. This is a high-visibility role suited to a partner who wants a platform to expand a market-facing practice.

Portable work is welcome; candidates with an existing client base or demonstrable origination record will be prioritised.

Established partner-level track record in M&A and general corporate transactions.
Proven origination and client-management ability; comfortable promoting and developing business.
Experience leading and mentoring fee-earners and managing deal delivery.
UK-qualified corporate lawyer with strong commercial judgment and excellent communication skills.
