Senior hire for a corporate practice in Birmingham focused on M&A and transactional work. The role will lead client-facing deal activity, originate opportunities and manage complex cross‑team transactions.

You'll join an established UK firm and take responsibility for growing the corporate pipeline, mentoring fee‑earners and enhancing service delivery for mid‑to‑large corporate clients.
