Partner, General Liability — Baltimore

A well-established national law firm is seeking a partner-level attorney to join its General Liability practice in the Baltimore office. The role focuses on defense work across a broad range of general liability matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation.

The team handles all phases of litigation: case management, discovery and motion practice, hearings, depositions, alternative dispute resolution and trials. The group provides substantial trial support and mentoring from experienced trial attorneys.

• 8–15 years of civil defense experience in general liability litigation
• Demonstrated trial and motion practice capability; comfortable managing cases through trial
• Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Admission to the Maryland bar required; admission to DC or Virginia bars a plus
• Experience with Employment Practices Liability and Professional Liability is a plus; no portable book of business required
