Our Walnut Creek office is seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing General Liability Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator with a strong background in insurance defense to work in a collaborative, full-service firm environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

7–15 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Strong research and writing skills with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
Admission to the California Bar (required).

While insurance defense experience is preferred, we also welcome talented litigators from any practice area who have substantive litigation experience and are eager to grow in a supportive, dynamic firm. Our national General Liability team of over 600 attorneys has a proven track record in defending significant exposure cases, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation.
