National law firm has an immediate opening for a Maritime Attorney based in Walnut Creek with potential for remote work. The role focuses on maritime litigation and related torts, with opportunities to handle asbestos and occupational disease matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience, persuasive advocacy and drafting skills, solid research abilities, and the ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision as part of a collaborative team. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California; an LLM in Maritime Law is preferred but not required.
