A full-service Am Law 100 firm is actively seeking experienced attorneys to join its Civil Litigation Practice in its Walnut Creek, California office.

The firm's national civil litigation group represents defendants in significant exposure cases, including property and personal injury claims for businesses and individuals who may be insured or self-insured. The practice excels in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation, and its partners and senior associates are seasoned trial attorneys with broad courtroom experience.

The ideal candidates will bring strong research and writing skills and substantive experience across all phases of defense litigation. The firm welcomes talented litigators from any litigation arena who are eager to join a growing, collaborative practice.

At least 7–15 years of experience in all phases of defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Strong legal research and writing skills
Admission to the California Bar required
Defense experience preferred, but strong litigation skills in any arena will be considered
