A full-service national law firm has immediate openings for Environmental/Toxic Tort attorneys to join its California-based teams, with flexible and hybrid work options available. The role sits within a dynamic toxic tort department that also handles general liability matters, offering exposure to high-stakes litigation and client interaction.

The toxic tort practice covers a broad range of actions, including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos, with additional focus on Prop 65 and class action matters. Attorneys at all experience levels are welcome, and successful candidates will work closely with experienced practitioners in these areas.
