The role focuses on managing and evaluating large property-loss claims. Responsibilities include coordinating investigations, retaining experts, identifying potential theories of liability, assessing whether substantial property losses are legally viable to pursue against third parties, and reporting to clients. The core objective is to identify claims with a sound factual and legal basis for recovery on behalf of clients.

Ideal candidates bring experience in property insurance claims, construction claims, commercial litigation, or subrogation matters, along with strong interpersonal, research, and writing skills.

• Minimum of two years of experience handling property insurance claims, construction claims, commercial litigation, or subrogation claims
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and writing skills
• Active license in good standing in California
