We are a leading international law firm seeking a midlevel litigation associate for our California offices (San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, or San Diego). This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, collegial team and work on sophisticated, complex business litigation matters at both the local and national level.

Represent businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and in alternative dispute resolution venues.
Manage large and sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Work closely with experienced practitioners in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Ideal candidates will have outstanding academic credentials, superior written and oral advocacy skills, and a demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred; at least one year in a litigation role at a law firm is required. Admission to the California Bar is required.

3–5 years of experience in complex business litigation.
At least one year of litigation experience at a law firm.
Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
California Bar admission required.
