Position Summary: Our firm is seeking a litigation attorney with 2–6 years of significant experience to join our Business and Securities Litigation practice group in either our San Diego or Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation and a demonstrated ability to handle high-level, project-based work while producing superior written advocacy and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a diverse caseload of business and securities litigation matters, including class action defense and company-versus-company disputes.
Work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Supervise and mentor junior associates and professional staff.
Produce thoughtful, high-quality work product under tight deadlines.

Candidate Profile:

2–6 years of significant litigation experience, ideally within the litigation department of a comparable law firm.
Current membership in the California State Bar.
Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company-versus-company disputes is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary range: $235,000–$390,000 (final offer based on geographic location, experience, and skills).
