Partner — Project Finance & Infrastructure, London

Leading international law firm team in London is seeking a partner to strengthen its project finance, construction and infrastructure capability. The role will focus on advising sponsors, lenders and contractors on complex infrastructure and construction financings and related contractual and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will join an established, cross-border practice with high-profile mandates and an active pipeline. This is a practice-development role: you will lead transactions, manage client relationships and contribute to growing the group’s market presence in the UK and internationally.

• Established partner with a demonstrable track record in project finance, infrastructure and construction matters.
• Experience leading significant financings and construction-related transactions, advising sponsors, lenders or contractors.
• Proven client development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable client following preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management; ability to work across jurisdictions with cross-functional teams.
