Patent Prosecution Associate — IP (AI & Software Technologies)

Mid-level patent prosecution role on an electronics & software-focused IP team handling inventions in AI/machine learning, cloud computing, image processing and autonomous systems. The position offers exposure to a wide range of cutting‑edge technologies and routine interaction with inventors and technical teams.

The role is open across multiple U.S. offices (examples: Atlanta, Denver, Houston, Raleigh, Seattle, Winston‑Salem). Work will include drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications and managing prosecution strategy.

Candidates should be prepared to provide transcripts and writing samples as part of the application process.

• USPTO registration required.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (e.g., Math, Physics).
• At least 3 years of law firm patent prosecution experience working with AI/ML, software, cloud, image processing, and/or autonomous vehicle technologies.
• Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
