Join a national law firm’s technology & innovation team in Dallas to help attorneys integrate artificial intelligence and other advanced legal technologies into daily practice. This hybrid role combines solution design, hands-on support, and user enablement to drive adoption of AI workflows and automation across practice groups.

You will develop and pilot AI-enabled tools and playbooks, deliver training and one-on-one coaching, support an internal “AI as a Service” program, and curate best-practice resources. The role requires collaboration with attorneys, business teams, and international offices to translate emerging technology into practical, client-focused solutions.

JD required; admitted or eligible to practice in the U.S.
Approximately 2 years of legal, legal-research, or legal-technology experience.
Hands-on familiarity with AI/GenAI, LLMs, automation tools, and other legal technologies.
Strong communication, training/facilitation skills, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
Ability to design workflows, analyze usage data, and provide timely technical support.
