Apply in confidence →Part-time Professional Support Lawyer role supporting a market-leading Projects team with a strong pipeline in renewable energy, transport/infrastructure, defence and public sector procurement. You will help keep fee-earners up to date on legal and technical developments and support the team's high-quality, nationally significant work.
The role focuses on designing and delivering a comprehensive training programme, promoting knowledge-sharing through knowledge-management tools, advising on technical legal developments, and helping develop digital/automated precedents and guidance for contractual work. This post is offered on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week) and will work closely with the firm's wider PSL network and innovation/marketing colleagues.
- Qualified solicitor (SRA-registered) with c.6 years' relevant PQE in regulatory/commercial advice on large-scale projects.
- Experience advising on renewable energy or project work and able to debate technical legal issues and propose practical solutions.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training and to lead skills development for lawyers and support staff.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and interest in digital/automated precedent development; prior PSL experience desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate as a trusted internal adviser; available to work part-time (1–2 days/week).
