Project Lead (Corporate Immigration) – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our in-house team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will serve as the primary client contact, manage communication and expectations, and oversee project governance for a large-scale corporate immigration program.

You will coordinate delivery across legal professionals, immigration specialists, and offshore operations teams, monitor project milestones, risks, and reporting, and drive operational efficiency. This role involves partnering closely with the Practice Leader, providing day-to-day guidance to the project team, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal, professional services, or immigration environment—ideally as a Paralegal, RMA, or admitted Australian Solicitor—with strong working knowledge of professional services workflows. You should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, project planning, and risk management skills, comfort engaging senior clients and remote teams, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Experience working across international or shared services teams is highly regarded.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading complex, high-volume, or large-scale client engagements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior clients and remote teams
• Strong project planning, risk, and timeline management skills, with ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Experience working across international or shared services teams is highly regarded
• Highly organised and solutions-focused, able to anticipate issues, drive actions, and oversee multiple workstreams
• Corporate immigration experience is advantageous but not essential
