Join a high-performing national corporate and commercial practice based in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced corporate and investment funds lawyer (4–8 years PAE) to work on a diverse mix of transactional, regulatory, and advisory matters alongside highly regarded partners and senior lawyers.

Your work will span funds establishment and structuring, M&A, equity capital markets, co-investments and joint ventures, shareholders’ and unitholders’ agreements, and governance work for AFS licensees. You will advise fund managers, investors, and corporate clients on complex matters with commercial, practical advice.

4–8 years post-admission experience
Experience in corporate law (including M&A) and funds management, ideally from a large or medium-sized firm, or a specialist corporate practice
Equity capital markets experience highly regarded
Strong legal drafting and analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail
Excellent written and communication skills
For senior candidates: experience mentoring, supervising, and delegating to junior lawyers
A strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the corporate and commercial practice
