Corporate (M&A/Private Equity) Senior Associate – Sydney

Join a leading global law firm's highly regarded M&A and Private Equity practice in Sydney. We advise private equity sponsors, corporates, institutional investors, and founders on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions across Australia and globally. Working closely with colleagues across an international network, our lawyers handle cross-border M&A, private equity investments, carve-outs, exits, strategic acquisitions, and joint ventures—most matters involving a multi-jurisdictional element.

We are looking for an Australian or New Zealand qualified lawyer with 5–8 years' experience to join our corporate team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers exposure to market-leading deals, collaboration with talented colleagues across a global platform, and opportunities for national and international secondments, as well as dedicated training and development programmes.
