We are seeking a highly skilled projects, front-end construction, and infrastructure lawyer with a minimum of eight years' post-qualification experience, including time spent in a top-tier law firm, to join our consulting platform for client assignments in Australia and the Middle East.

In this role, you will work on large-scale public and private projects and infrastructure, advising governments, developers, contractors, and investors. Your responsibilities will include project structuring, delivery and finance, project documentation and contracts, due diligence, and project M&A. You will also provide general commercial and regulatory advice to construction, transport, energy, and resources clients.

Assignments in the Middle East may require relocation or routine travel to the UAE or Saudi Arabia, with flexible working to accommodate time zones when working from Australia. Visa support is available for those open to relocating to the UAE.

Key Requirements

Right to work and reside in Australia.
Qualified to practice in Australia with an unrestricted (unsupervised) practicing certificate or ability to obtain one.
Minimum 8 years' PQE, with a proportion in a law firm akin to a top-tier firm.
Strong technical knowledge in front-end construction, infrastructure, or projects; recent Australian experience preferred but not essential.
Self-starter with a commitment to a consulting career, and adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments.
Excellent communication, client-service focus, commercial acumen, and resilience.

Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for construction, maintenance, services, or infrastructure assets.
Willingness to engage as a casual employee or via an Independent Legal Practice.
