We are seeking self-driven employment lawyers with 4+ years' PQE for consulting opportunities with our clients. Ideal candidates will have experience providing general employment law advice, with some exposure to employment-related disputes and litigation.

This is a flexible, self-directed consulting role, offering the chance to work on high-quality assignments with leading clients across sectors, as well as with our own practice on an ad-hoc or fixed-term basis. Assignments typically range from two to twelve months and are usually worked four days per week.

As a consultant, you will receive dedicated support from our legal consultant management team, plus access to a wide range of resources including partner-level contacts, professional support lawyers, knowledge tools, training, networking events, and a specialised consultant development programme.

Minimum four years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a top-tier law firm and/or a leading financial institution or corporate (directly or as a secondee)
Strong technical knowledge and experience in a common law jurisdiction
Self-starter with a commitment to building a consulting career and a drive to achieve at a high level
Adept at leading or working within complex, multi-functional, multi-national project environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels
Client service-focused with a strong commercial acumen
Resilient, adaptable, autonomous, and highly credible
