Join a growing national employment team in Perth, advising medium to large national and international employers on contentious and non-contentious employment and industrial relations matters, including discrimination, WHS, immigration, and privacy.

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, providing legal support on complex matters, drafting documents, managing multiple cases, and liaising with clients. The role involves working on large and complex litigation, including general protections, discrimination, and unfair dismissal claims.

You will ideally have:

Between 3-6 years of post-admission experience in employment and industrial relations law
Experience from a large national or international law firm, or a specialist employment law practice
Excellent technical, analytical, and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
The ability to organize and prioritize effectively
A strong commitment to client service and the ability to manage client relationships, focusing on commercial solutions
A proactive approach, working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
