We are seeking experienced funds lawyers to join our global legal consulting platform. This is a self-directed career path for lawyers who want the backing of a leading international firm while enjoying the flexibility to choose their assignments, balance personal commitments, and work with a diverse range of clients and teams.

You will be engaged on a consulting basis (casual employee or via your own independent legal practice) and may work with our clients in-house on projects ranging from two to twelve months, or support our practice on an ad-hoc or fixed-term basis when demand arises. While work cannot be guaranteed, we take you on only when there is a clear demand for your expertise, and we invest in your ongoing career development.

Qualified to practice law in Australia – unrestricted
Minimum four years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a top-tier law firm and/or a leading financial institution or corporate (directly or as a secondee)
Strong technical knowledge and experience in a common law jurisdiction is preferred
Self-starter, committed to building a consulting career and achieving at a high level
Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels
Client service-focused, with a strong commercial and business acumen
Resilient, adaptable, autonomous, and highly credible
Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy
