Associate/Senior Associate – Corporate/M&A

Join a leading national corporate practice in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to act on complex, high-value M&A transactions and general corporate advisory matters for a broad range of clients.

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructurings.
• Work closely with partners and senior team members in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation, and manage due diligence processes.
• Develop your expertise across diverse industries and transaction types.

• Qualified lawyer with 3–8 years' PQE in corporate/M&A (commensurate with Associate or Senior Associate level).
• Strong technical skills in M&A and corporate law, including drafting and negotiation.
• Proven ability to manage transactions and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
