Our client, a leading Australian law firm, is seeking a Corporate lawyer with strong Mergers & Acquisitions experience to join its Sydney office. This role suits an Associate or Senior Associate looking to work on complex, high-profile transactions within a collaborative and supportive team.

• Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, takeovers, and corporate structuring.
• Work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated matters across various industry sectors.
• Contribute to the development of junior lawyers and the broader practice group.
