We are seeking an ambitious associate with strong transactional experience to be part of our growing real estate practice, focusing on data centres and digital infrastructure. You will work on sophisticated acquisitions, disposals, developments, lettings, and management matters across diverse asset classes for prestigious clients.

Our team combines real estate, corporate, private equity, and investment funds expertise, handling UK and cross-border transactions. This role offers direct client exposure and involvement in complex, high-profile work within a collaborative, low-leverage environment.

• Ideally England & Wales qualified
• Trained and qualified at a leading international or top-tier law firm
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements
• Experience preparing and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, transfer documentation, disclosure letters, and completion certificates
• Ability to prepare reports and certificates on title for buyers, funders, investors, corporate and finance teams
• Skilled in managing large-volume due diligence, including instructing and supervising junior associates and maintaining accurate title and lease schedules
• Proven ability to run transactions day-to-day, managing timetables, third parties, and completion logistics while keeping clients and partners informed
• Strong transaction management skills, including effective delegation and supervision
• Excellent technical legal skills, commercial judgement, and attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative, and confident in direct communications with partners, clients, and colleagues
