3–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law, with a focus on leasing, land use, or general real estate matters
Experience handling complex legal tasks and contributing to the resolution of key legal issues
Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities
