An established Real Estate Capital Markets litigation team in New York is seeking an associate to handle commercial real estate disputes, with an emphasis on landlord–tenant matters and commercial foreclosure litigation. The team works across a broad platform and handles a range of contested real estate matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The firm is looking for a candidate with strong litigation experience in commercial real estate, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to manage matters from motion practice through trial.
