This is a senior associate-level position within a highly regarded Real Estate practice based in Manchester. The team is recognised as Tier 1 by the Legal 500 and handles significant, high-value transactions for major property owners, developers, and institutional investors.

You will advise on the full spectrum of real estate work, including major retail, mixed-use and office developments, property financing, commercial landlord and tenant matters, and portfolio acquisitions and disposals. The role offers the opportunity to support national and international clients on complex, market-leading mandates.

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE and demonstrable experience gained within a leading real estate team at a recognised firm. You will have a strong academic record, excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach to meeting client demands, and a genuine commitment to business development and client relationship management.
