Our client, a distinguished international law firm, is seeking an experienced commercial real estate lawyer to join its Manchester-based team as a Senior Associate or Legal Director. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a busy, collaborative practice, advising on high-quality transactions and contributing to the team's continued growth.

Working with a diverse client base spanning the private, public and third sectors, you will handle a broad range of property matters, including development, investment, and landlord and tenant work. Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Significant post-qualification experience in commercial real estate, ideally gained at a leading regional, national or international firm
Strong technical expertise across a broad range of property transactions, including development, investment and landlord and tenant matters
Experience advising developers and investors is advantageous
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to client service
Proven ability to manage matters independently while working effectively as part of a team
Experience in supervising and developing junior team members
A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
