We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our highly regarded Real Estate team in Manchester. Our team is recognized as tier 1 in the Legal 500 and regularly handles multi-million pound transactions for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including:

Major retail, mixed-use, and office developments
Property financing
Commercial landlord and tenant matters
Portfolio acquisitions and disposals

You will support national and international investors and developers. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' PQE, with excellent relevant experience gained from a recognized Real Estate department of a major or medium-sized firm. You will also have a strong academic background, excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach to meeting client demands, and a commitment to business development and client relationship management.
