Our client’s Manchester Real Estate team advises on a broad range of transactional matters, including residential and commercial development, landlord and tenant asset management, corporate occupier support, real estate insolvency, and real estate finance. The team’s clients span private and public sector partnerships, developers, investors, funders, and corporate occupiers with significant property interests.

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1-3 years PQE in transactional real estate.
• Broad experience in landlord and tenant asset management, acting for both landlords and corporate occupiers.
• Some exposure to commercial and residential development transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and title due diligence skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
