As part of our global restructuring, insolvency, and capital solutions group, you will advise a diverse range of stakeholders—including corporates, boards, lenders, investors, and insolvency officeholders—on some of the most challenging domestic and cross-border matters. The team handles liability management exercises, in- and out-of-court restructurings, new money raises, distressed acquisitions, insolvencies, and rescue financings, drawing on the firm’s strength in litigation, tax, corporate, and finance to deliver end-to-end solutions.

We are seeking an Australian-qualified lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE to join our Sydney team on a full-time, permanent basis.

2–4 years’ post-qualification experience
Training from a top-tier law firm with prior restructuring and bankruptcy experience
