Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (Mid-Level)

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Restructuring & Insolvency group in New York. The role focuses on workouts and enforcement of commercial real estate loans, with a primary emphasis on New York state and federal court mortgage foreclosure litigation.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of litigation experience in New York state and federal courts, specifically handling real estate and mortgage foreclosure matters. Transactional workout or bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required. While the immediate focus is distressed commercial real estate, the successful candidate will be part of a broad creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency practice, gaining exposure across the full range of matters handled by the group.

Active membership in the New York bar is required.

Salary range: $235,000 - $365,000 (actual pay may vary based on location and experience).
