Join a premier antitrust litigation practice handling some of the largest and most complex matters across technology, life sciences, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products. The practice is active in both plaintiff- and defense-side work, including civil litigation, government investigations, and merger-related proceedings.

We are seeking attorneys with 3–6 years of experience at a law firm or government agency to take on significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations, as well as merger and other antitrust agency reviews. Experience in the technology or life sciences sectors is preferred but not required. Superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential. Non-antitrust government investigation experience and judicial clerkships are valued.

3–6 years of antitrust litigation and/or investigation experience at a law firm or government agency
Experience with merger reviews and antitrust agency investigations
Technology or life sciences sector experience preferred
