Our New York office is seeking a junior associate to join our Restructuring & Insolvency group. The role focuses on lender, agent, and company side workouts and enforcement representations. We value experience in debt finance, corporate trust, as well as Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 bankruptcy proceedings. A bankruptcy court clerkship or comparable experience is also highly regarded.

The successful candidate will join a broad and diverse creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency practice, gaining exposure across the full range of matters handled by the group. Active membership in the New York bar is required.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the New York bar
Experience in restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy (Chapter 11 and Chapter 15), or related areas such as debt finance or corporate trust
Bankruptcy court clerkship or comparable experience is strongly preferred
