Finance Associate – Business Restructuring & Reorganization

We are seeking a finance associate to join our market-leading business restructuring and reorganization practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile matters at the top of the capital structure, including representations of hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

• Law school class years 2019 through 2023.
• Significant experience in creditor-side or borrower-side representation in liability management, DIP financings, and restructuring matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to become admitted promptly.
