Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a finance associate with a strong background in business restructuring and reorganization to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, top-of-the-capital-structure matters, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

• Law school class years 2019 through 2023
• Significant experience in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings
• Experience representing creditors or borrowers in restructuring matters
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex, high-profile matters
