Our firm, a globally recognized provider of sophisticated legal solutions, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with 4–7 years of experience to join our corporate and securities practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising companies on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations. Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction are required. While this role is based in one of our office locations, we welcome candidates who are qualified and licensed to practice in the applicable state.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the state where the position is located
4–7 years of experience in corporate and securities law, with a focus on capital markets transactions
Demonstrated experience with IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
