Join a leading national practice ranked Band 1 for Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets. You will work on public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets and corporate advisory across a broad range of sectors, collaborating with senior lawyers across offices.

This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options. The position offers exposure to complex transactions, opportunities to specialise within the corporate team, and scope to develop client-focused skills and sector expertise.

Experience in M&A and capital markets from a top-tier, national or international practice (private practice and/or in-house backgrounds considered).
Demonstrated ability to manage smaller matters and lead elements of larger transactions.
Strong academic record and technical corporate law skills.
Motivated to learn, mentor others and build a specialty within corporate / MAC work.
