Senior Associate – Employment (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

  • Run employment law advisory and litigation matters with a focus on contentious work for employer clients.
  • Handle Employment Tribunal advocacy as required.
  • Advise on a broad range of employment issues across UK and Scottish jurisdictions.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationships.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members on project work.
  • Qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years' PQE in employment law.
  • Strong technical expertise in employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
  • Experience in Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy.
  • Proven client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience supervising junior colleagues.
