Real Estate Senior Associate

We are seeking a mid-level to senior associate with at least 4 years of experience to join a growing real estate practice in our San Francisco office. The group handles a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across the full investment cycle, as well as sophisticated lending transactions.

Candidates should have experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate, with significant experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Joint venture experience is a plus. We value strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client service.

• At least 4 years of experience (JD 2021 or earlier).
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Joint venture experience is a plus.
• Strong law school academic credentials.
• California Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
