A San Francisco office is hiring a senior associate or counsel to join a growing commercial real estate practice. The team advises institutional equity investors, private equity real estate funds and other sophisticated market participants across the investment lifecycle.

Work includes a high volume of transactional matters — acquisitions, dispositions and borrower‑side and lender‑side financings — as well as joint venture work. The role offers exposure to complex, national commercial real estate deals and opportunities for transactional ownership.

Minimum of ~5 years' transactional real estate experience (or equivalent post‑JD experience)
Proven experience on commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions and financings
Experience with joint ventures preferred
Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting, negotiation and client‑service skills
