Senior Associate, Real Estate — San Francisco

San Francisco-based commercial real estate team is hiring a senior associate or counsel to support a high-volume, institutional practice. The group advises investors, private equity real estate funds and lenders across all phases of the investment cycle.

Day-to-day work includes acquisitions, dispositions and sophisticated financings; opportunities to handle joint ventures and complex lending matters. The role offers exposure to large, transaction-driven matters and room for professional development within a national practice platform.

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience (JD 2021 or equivalent)
• Significant transactional experience in commercial real estate — acquisitions, dispositions and financings required
• Joint venture experience a plus
• Strong drafting, deal-management and interpersonal skills; active bar membership in good standing
