Real Estate Associate

Our client, an Am Law 50 firm, seeks a mid-level associate (3–7 years) to join its Real Estate practice in Washington, D.C.

The group handles a broad range of high‑volume commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across the investment cycle, as well as sophisticated lending matters. Candidates should have experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate, with significant exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, financings, or joint ventures.

Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

• 3–7 years of commercial real estate experience, ideally with a top law firm
• Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, or joint ventures
• Familiarity with institutional investor and private equity real estate fund transactions
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
