Real Estate Associate — Washington, D.C.

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to support its Real Estate practice in Washington, D.C. The team handles a broad, high-volume range of commercial real estate transactions, including sophisticated lending work.

The practice represents institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across all phases of the investment cycle, alongside complex financing matters. Associates gain exposure to a diverse mix of deal types within a collaborative, transaction-driven environment.

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings or joint ventures.
