Join a leading German restructuring & insolvency practice with strong Frankfurt and Munich teams. You will work on complex domestic and cross‑border mandates across the full lifecycle of distressed matters, from preventative restructuring to insolvency-related transactions and disputes.

The role offers immediate client contact, exposure to sector‑specific crisis work (e.g. automotive, energy, real estate), and close collaboration with specialists across practices. The team provides structured coaching, mentoring and secondment opportunities to support career progression.

Several years' post‑qualification experience in restructuring & insolvency
Excellent academic/legal qualifications and very good English
Comfort advising on distressed M&A, crisis financing and insolvency proceedings
Commercial interest, international mindset, strong team orientation and ability to work independently
Additional qualifications (LL.M. or PhD) are welcome
