Associate — Restructuring & Insolvency, Frankfurt

We are seeking junior lawyers to join a leading international firm's Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Frankfurt. The team advises debtors, creditors, investors and insolvency practitioners on national and cross-border restructurings, insolvency proceedings and related corporate, security and EU-law matters.

Work will cover complex restructurings and refinancings, court-led rescue procedures, distressed investments, asset and business sales from insolvency, directors' duties in crisis and litigation support in Germany and internationally. This is an entry-level role offering varied, transactional and advisory work in a highly regarded international platform.

• Qualified or qualifying to practise law in Germany (Rechtsanwalt / equivalently eligible)
• Excellent academic results (top exam performance)
• Very good written and spoken English; international exposure advantageous
• Commercial mindset, strong analytical skills and willingness to work on cross-border matters
