Senior Associate – Technology Transactions (London)

Senior Associate opportunity within a market-leading technology practice in London, focusing on commercial tech and telecoms work. The role covers SaaS/cloud agreements, outsourcing, software licensing, tech development and system implementation matters.

A significant element of the role is advising on AI contracting and AI governance projects, supporting clients on contractual allocation of risk, data use, model licensing and governance frameworks.

• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience with significant Technology Transactions experience
• Proven experience advising on AI contracting and AI governance matters
• Strong commercial and technical knowledge of technology contracts (warranties, liability/indemnities, SLAs, transition/exit, change control, escrow)
• Experience operating at senior associate level in a leading law firm or in-house tech-focused legal team
