An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior or Managing Associate to join a market-leading Housing and Regeneration team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with significant responsibility from day one, offering the chance to work at the forefront of the affordable housing sector.

You will take ownership of complex, high-value transactions for registered providers and developers, including affordable housing development deals, strategic land acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, options, promotion and collaboration agreements, as well as leasehold structures and funding arrangements.

You will act as the day-to-day lead contact for clients, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and work closely with developers, funders and other stakeholders. You will also supervise and support junior team members, contribute to business development, and help drive the continued growth of a nationally recognised, ambitious team.

Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered), confident running transactions independently with minimal supervision
Strong experience in residential development and/or affordable housing work
Commercially minded, able to balance legal risk with practical solutions
Organised and proactive, comfortable managing a busy and varied workload
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility quickly with clients
Experience working as part of a collaborative team and supporting more junior lawyers
Motivated by being part of a high-performing, growing practice
