Associate (2-5 PQE) – Catastrophic Injury/Large Loss

Join an expanding catastrophic personal injury and large loss team within a multi-award-winning firm. Work across all stages of multi-track claims, from liability investigations and policy coverage assessments to quantum, acting for leading insurer and corporate clients.

This collaborative, supportive role offers modern, flexible working and the chance to develop your own client relationships while assisting experienced partners on complex, high-value, and sensitive claims.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of motor, employers’ liability, and public liability claims.
• Undertake investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records and reports.
• Draft legal documents and provide clear client advice.
• Report and liaise with clients to achieve optimal outcomes, complying with SLAs and MI requirements.
• Manage files proactively and strategically, including adherence to court timetables.
• Support partners in client relationship management and business development initiatives.

Essential skills & experience:

• Previous experience handling catastrophic personal injury and large loss cases.
• Strong personal injury litigation background.
