Trademark Attorney

Our Intellectual Property practice is seeking a Trademark Attorney to join our London office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients on trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and related IP matters within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Qualified as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (or equivalent) with experience in trademark law.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK and EU trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage a busy caseload.
