2027 Fall Associate – General Corporate

We are recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join our General Corporate practice group as entry-level associates in our Boston, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. This is an opportunity to join a preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice with exposure to a wide variety of matters involving public and private companies.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills, along with a demonstrated interest in corporate law. The ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is important. Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required.

Ideal candidates will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. The expected salary for this position is $225,000.
