2027 Fall Associate – General Corporate

Our General Corporate practice is seeking law students graduating in 2027 to join our entry-level associate class. This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters involving public and private companies, within a market-leading practice recognized for its work in the emerging companies and venture capital space.

• Strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest in corporate law
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
• Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school

We are looking for candidates with excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in corporate law. Prior experience in corporate or transactional matters is a plus.
