2027 Fall Associate – Fund Formation

Our Fund Formation practice group is seeking 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry-level associate class in our New York office. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized fund formation team with a deep bench of 60+ lawyers focused full-time on fund formation and counseling.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required
• A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
