A top-tier law firm is seeking a mid-senior level associate to join its Alternative Investments, Direct Lending, and Specialty Finance practice in New York. The role will focus on representing lenders and investors in a variety of complex financing transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in fund finance or structured finance, with a strong background in secured and unsecured lending transactions. This includes fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings.

3+ years of experience in fund finance or structured finance.
Solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and analytical skills.
